Its sturdy aluminized steel is of a professional quality and exceptionally durable, good for years of Sunday morning muffin baking, and the large size helps keeps muffins moist. As with all Silverstone coated pans, you'll probably need to set the cooking temperature 25 degrees lower than a recipe calls for, because the pan's dark color absorbs heat. You might also want to check baked goods a few minutes earlier than the recipe suggests.
