I love this mini-muffin pan. It is sturdy and durable like no other baking pans I own, it has never warped. If I had to choose something I don't like about it I would have to say it is not very "nonstick", but I have never found a product that is truly NONstick, anyway. <2009-09-09>

I use muffins as a way to add fruits and veggies to my kids diets. I especially use the ones they won't eat as is, like carrots and pineapple. The issue with this has been that they only eat about half the muffin and the rest is tossed. I decided to try out mini-muffins. I have the Cuisinart pots and pans and love them but never tried the bakeware.
I am glad I finally did. The kids love the mini-muffin size and shape and I love less food waste. But what is great about this is the non-stick feature. I tried one batch with cooking spray and they popped out right away easily with minimal mess. The next batch I did without, and there was some sticking when I tried to empty them right away. I let them cool for about ten minutes and then they popped right out.
The best part though was how easily it cleaned up. It does say it is dishwasher safe but I prefer to clean my cookware by hand. Yes, you have to wad the sponge down in there, but then you swipe all the way around and it all comes off. Even the browned bits from the cooking spray wiped right off.
I was so pleased with the results that I ordered the regular muffin tin and will eventually get more as I can afford it. <2009-05-25>

I felt this was a very cheap product I have never had a pan warp that quickly- I cooked some cupcakes at 350 degrees (well within the pan's listed temperature limits) for 12 minutes and it very clearly bowed in the middle. <2009-01-27>

The nonstick surface is very effective. It's nice not to have to mess with psper liners. I would recommend this pan to others. <2008-05-17>

I bought this pan to make mini muffins for my son and the size is perfect for his little fingers. With the non-stick surface, I did not need to add any additional grease or sprays and the muffins came out nicely. The clean up was a cinch as well. I plan to purchase a second one.
